NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) has recently observed a concerning proliferation of scam messages. Alarmingly, the undersigned has received such fraudulent messages, underscoring the need for heightened vigilance among the public.

In one alarming instance, an individual misrepresented himself by using the image of the President as a profile picture on a social media platform and improperly solicited funds to influence a certain procurement process involving DEBESMSCAT.

The current administration will not tolerate such practices, and we urge our suppliers to immediately report any attempts by these individuals to the Legal Office. Further, we urge the public to stay vigilant regarding these types of schemes and to report any suspicious activity immediately to the proper authorities.
