GUIDELINES AND PROCESS FOR THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS FOR A.Y. 2025-2026

DEBESMSCAT is now accepting applications for admission and encourages applicants to take the 𝐃𝐄𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐌𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 (𝐃𝐂𝐄𝐓). By joining the ranks of Debesians, you will have the chance to experience quality education, develop your social and leadership skills, and have opportunities to enhance your talent while enjoying a wonderful college life experience. The application period will begin on November 4, 2024, and end on January 3, 2025.

To apply for admission and take the college entrance test, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Graduating senior high school student from a government-recognized public or private high school this academic year.
Senior high school graduates who have not previously enrolled in any tertiary education institutions, have not taken any college courses, or earned any units in college.

2. A. For graduating senior high school students:

– Original certification as a senior high school graduating student from the school, duly signed by the Principal or School Head

– One photocopy of the Grade 11 Report Card or School Form

B. For senior high school graduates who have not previously enrolled in any tertiary education institutions, have not taken any college courses, or earned any units in college.

– One photocopy of the completed Grade 12 Report Card or School Form 9 3. Two recent 2×2 colored pictures with a white background and nametag with signature

ONLINE PRE-ADMISSION PROCESS

Ensure you have a strong internet connection to your computer or laptop.
Tiyaking mayroon kang malakas na koneksyon sa internet sa iyong kompyuter o laptop.

Open the Google Chrome browser and create a new email address if you do not have one. If you already have an email address, you may use that.
Buksan ang Google Chrome browser at gumawa ng bagong email address kung wala ka pa nito. Ngunit kung mayroon ka ng email address, maaari mong gamitin iyon.

In the Google Chrome browser, click the link to start your online registration.
Sa Google Chrome browser, i-click ang link upang simulan ang iyong online na pagparehistro.

Complete the online pre-admission registration with the required information, such as your active email address and password. Then, check “I agree to the terms” and click “Register” to receive the remark “You have successfully registered. Please check your email for the OTP so you can activate your account!

Activate your account by re-entering your active email address and copying the one-time password (OTP) from your email. Then, click “Confirm” to receive the message “You have successfully activated your account!” Remember your login details for easy account access.

Once your account is activated, sign in with your login details (email address and password) to start your online application.

Complete the online application for admission with the required data, such as your personal information and course preferences, the school you last attended, and other needed information.
Kumpletuhin ang online na aplikasyon ng mga kailangang datos, tulad ng iyong personal na impormasyon at mga kagustuhan na kurso, paaralang huling pinasukan, at iba pang impormasyong kailangan.

Before clicking the “Submit” button, please download the certification form as a graduating senior high school student. Please print the form, fill in the required information, and have it signed by the school principal or head. Please note that the signed certification form is required only for graduating senior high school students.
Bago i-click ang “submit” button, i-download muna ang certification form bilang senior high school graduating student. I-print ang form, punan ng kinakailangang impormasyon, at papirmahan ito sa punong-guro o pinuno ng paaralan. Pakitandaan na ang nilagdaang certification form ay kinakailangan lamang para sa mga mag-aaral na magtatapos ng senior high school.

After you complete your online pre-admission registration, a test permit for the college entrance test will be sent to your registered email address. Please print your test permit and bring it with you on the entrance test date. You are required to submit all admission requirements on the same date. Place all your admission requirements/documents in a long brown plastic envelope. Make sure to include your full name, current school name, contact number, and home address written clearly on the upper part of the envelope.
