Dr. Arnel B. Millesca, SUC President III, personally visited the College Function Hall today, January 21, 2026, to oversee the second day of the DEBESMSCAT College Entrance Test (DCET). The session welcomed a new batch of aspiring students arriving from the districts of Mandaon and Balud.
During his visit to the testing center, Dr. Millesca delivered a short message to boost the morale of the examinees. He offered words of inspiration to help ease the pressure of the exam, encouraging the students to stay focused on their goals as they begin their journey into higher education.
The President took the opportunity to discuss the college’s commitment to providing high-quality instruction. He noted that DEBESMSCAT has achieved 100% compliance across all its undergraduate programs, ensuring that the education provided meets strict Commission on Higher Education standards.
To inspire academic excellence, Dr. Millesca also mentioned the administration’s standing incentive of 200,000 pesos for any student who tops the national board examinations. He explained that the college is dedicated to the personal development and long-term growth of its students from the moment they enter the institution.
