DEBESMSCAT at SEA Teacher Project Evaluation in Indonesia

DEBESMSCAT marked its presence during the 1st day of Batch 10 Evaluation Meeting of the SEAMEO SEA Teacher Project, held at Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. Represented by Dr. Arnel B. Millesca, Dr. Raiza M. Padasas, and Dr. Nikki Faith A. Bantillo, DEBESMSCAT joined 121 leading institutions from across Southeast Asia and other affiliated members of SEAMEO for this significant event.

The gathering wasn’t just an, it allowed cross-cultural bonds and a shared commitment to educational excellence along participating academic insitutions. Through active participation, DEBESMSCAT established valuable international links and engaged in productive dialogue, providing opprtunities for future collaborations that will benefit DEBESMSCAT students and personnel.

DEBESMSCAT is open for partnerships with more institutions from around the world that are dedicated to advance the quality of education, promote cultural awareness and nurture professional growth. By working together, educational institutions can create transformative learning experiences that empower students to become global citizens.

Foreign universities and organizations interested in promoting meaningful cultural exchange and professional development are warmly invited to partner with DEBESMSCAT. Together, new opportunities for learning and leadership can flourish—across borders and beyond expectations.

Ladies and gentlemen,

As the newly-installed SUC President of DEBESMSCAT, I am truly humbled and honored to assume this role. It is my goal in my 4-year term to share with you my vision and advocacy, which centers around the power of unity and collaboration, embodied by the acronym TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More.

Leadership, to me, is not about commanding from the top or solely relying on individual brilliance. It is about recognizing the immense potential within each member of our institution and harnessing that collective strength to achieve remarkable things. True leadership requires humility, the ability to listen, learn, and empower others.

As we embark on this journey together, my aim is to cultivate an environment where every member of DEBESMSCAT feels valued, respected, and inspired to contribute their best. Together, we can achieve more than any one person could on their own.

I firmly believe that by fostering a culture of teamwork, we can overcome challenges, spark innovation, and bring about transformative change. Each of us possesses unique talents and perspectives that, when combined, form a powerful force for progress. By embracing diversity, encouraging collaboration, and fostering open communication, we can create a vibrant community that thrives on shared achievements.
