DEBESMSCAT Recognized as SSS KaSSSangga-Collect Partner in 68th Anniversary Celebration

MASBATE CITY – The Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) has been recognized by the Social Security System (SSS) Masbate Branch as one of this year’s Top KaSSSangga-Collect Program (KCP) Partners during the celebration of SSS’s 68th Anniversary on September 1, 2025.

The award highlights DEBESMSCAT’s strong partnership with SSS in ensuring that its contract-of-service and job order personnel are covered with social security protection. This initiative reflects the College’s commitment to the welfare of its employees and workforce.

Receiving the Certificate of Recognition on behalf of SUC President Dr. Arnel B. Millesca and the entire DEBESMSCAT community was Dr. Erwin H. Malto, Vice President for Administration and Finance.

According to SSS, the KaSSSangga-Collect Program acknowledges Coverage and Collection Partners that have formally partnered with the agency through a Memorandum of Agreement. 

Their commitment ensures the sustained and effective implementation of social security programs for members and stakeholders.

The awarding ceremony was held at the SSS Masbate Branch, immediately following the anniversary mass.

With this recognition, DEBESMSCAT reaffirms its dedication to promoting the well-being of its personnel by extending access to social security benefits and strengthening its role as a reliable partner institution of SSS.
