DEBESMSCAT Leaders Engage in Presidents’ Summit 2025 for Quality Higher Education

August 14–15, 2025 – The Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) delegation, led by SUC President Dr. Arnel B. Millesca, proudly joined the 1st Presidents’ Summit hosted by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. at the Century Park Hotel in Malate, Manila.

With the theme “Quality Assurance and Accreditation: New Framework, New Directions,” the summit brought together leaders from state universities and colleges (SUCs) nationwide to discuss innovative approaches and align with emerging quality assurance standards. DEBESMSCAT’s active participation underscored its unwavering commitment to delivering world-class education and ensuring its programs not only meet but surpass the latest benchmarks in accreditation.

The Presidents’ Summit 2025 served as a strategic platform for higher education leaders to address the evolving landscape of accreditation. Organized by AACCUP, the event aimed to foster a shared understanding of new frameworks and promote proactive institutional adaptation.
