DEBESMSCAT Holds Year 3 Student Leaders’ Dialogue, Strengthens Collaboration with Student Organizations

December 19, 2025 — The Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT), under the leadership of President Dr. Arnel B. Millesca, successfully conducted Year 3 of the Student Leaders’ Dialogue at the College Function Hall, anchored on the theme “Empowered Students, Stronger Future.”

The dialogue brought together officers of the Supreme Student Council and various college-based student organizations, serving as a platform for open discussion on student concerns, initiatives, and institutional priorities. Through constructive exchange, the activity aimed to strengthen collaboration between the administration and student leaders in advancing programs that enhance the overall student experience.
