DEBESMSCAT Conducts Comprehensive Management Review to Strengthen Institutional Quality and Governance

July 21, 2025 – The Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) has successfully commenced its institutional Management Review, held on July 21, 2025, following the Internal Quality Audit conducted last May 2025.

The review involved a thorough assessment of all departments, colleges, and service units, focusing on various ISO clauses and institutional functions. These included the review of programs and services, scope, normative references, terms and definitions, context of the organization, leadership, planning, support mechanisms, operations, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Key findings and recommendations were discussed with the concerned units to address clauses needing improvement and non-conformities, and to identify strategic interventions.

The management review concluded with actual and group sessions involving internal auditors and auditees and collaboratively enhance the performance of clusters flagged during the audit.
