BOT Approves DEBESMSCAT LUDIP & 2025 Budget Proposal

In the recently concluded Special Board of Trustees Meeting on February 28, 2024, at the CHED Central Office, Dr. Arnel B. Millesca, SUC President III, happily shared with the DEBESMSCAT community the approval of the institution’s LUDIP and 2025 Budget proposal amounting to approximately 1.3 Billion pesos.
The Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP) serves as the blueprint for the present and future utilization of land resources of the institution. As mandated by RA 11396, the approval and implementation of LUDIP is a strict requirement for SUCs for the approval of budgetary needs for infrastructure projects. Hence, the approved LUDIP shall bring more opportunities for the development and progress of the institution.
The same is true for the approval of the 2025 budget proposal. The budget allocation will be used for the different services, projects, and operations of the institution to improve its overall service delivery and clientele satisfaction.
Indeed, the BOT’s approval of LUDIP and the 2025 Budget proposal will mark a significant trajectory of the institution to a more sustainable and transformative future.
For Dr. Millesca, this feat of obtaining approval for all the BOT Agenda highlights his mantra of TEAM, which stands for Together Everyone Achieves More.
