DEBESMSCAT Engineering Celebrates Success in April 2026 Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination

April 28, 2026 — The Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT), through its College of Engineering, proudly celebrates the success of its graduates in the April 2026 Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination.

The DEBESMSCAT Mandaon Campus recorded a total of four (4) new licensed electrical engineers, marking another milestone in the institution’s commitment to producing competent and industry-ready professionals.

Notably, the college achieved an impressive 66.67% passing rate among first-time takers, significantly surpassing its overall institutional performance and demonstrating the strong academic preparation and readiness of its fresh graduates.

This standout result highlights the effectiveness of DEBESMSCAT’s engineering curriculum, faculty mentorship, and review support mechanisms.

Meanwhile, the institution posted an overall passing rate of 44.44%.

The administration commended the passers for their dedication, perseverance, and hard work in overcoming the challenges of the licensure examination.
