DEBESMSCAT Begins ISO Internal Audit 2026

February 10, 2026 — Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT) opened its ISO Internal Audit today at the Quality Assurance Conference Room. The program officially started the institutional review required to maintain international quality standards.

The session was attended by college directors, heads of units, and deans, alongside Internal Quality Auditors and Process Owners. Lead Auditor Engr. Eny B. Ferriol convened the meeting at 8:30 AM, presenting the audit objectives, scope, and methodology. The program established the protocols for those required to participate in the evaluation of the college’s management systems.

Dr. Rodolfo B. Burac, Jr., ISO Focal Person, and Dr. Arnel B. Millesca, SUC President III, provided the opening remarks and institutional support. The leadership emphasized that the audit is a mandatory process to ensure all departments, under the guidance of their respective deans and directors, comply with established quality procedures.

The sessions concluded with a briefing on the audit schedule and the specific roles of auditors and auditees. The formal evaluation of all college processes will proceed throughout the week to ensure the effective implementation of the ISO Internal Audit.
