July 14, 2025 – In a landmark initiative that underscores its commitment to academic excellence, DEBESMSCAT has officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Normal University (PNU)—the country’s National Center for Teacher Education.

DEBESMSCAT President Dr. Arnel B. Millesca led the ceremonial signing with Dr. Bert J. Tuga, President of PNU, marking a crucial step forward in strengthening the capabilities of DEBESMSCAT’s faculty, particularly from the College of Education.
