A total of 828 students marched to get their diploma on March 29, 2017 at the Covered Court of DEBESMSCAT. Three of them were awarded as Cum Laude. The event was graced by no less than the CHED Commissioner and at the same time the chairperson of the Board of Trustees of DEBESMSCAT, Hon. Ronald L. Adamat.

He substantially delivered a speech about the 22nd Commencement Exercises’ theme which is “Re-Engineering the Socio-Economic and Political Landscape through Innovative and Transformational Graduates.” In his speech, he emphasized the role of the graduates in the progress of the country and in addressing its needs. He called the graduates as “best graduates” with a challenge of playing their roles through supporting the programs of the government and practicing their degree or profession to become a productive citizen of the country. The commencement exercises was attended by the entire DEBESMSCAT community with the graduates’ parents and other visitors.
